Returns & Exchanges

JJJJound accepts returns on all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Please note that all collaborative releases and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; ensure the tracking number is retained for your records until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
